Filed Books is monthly bookkeeping for small businesses, online sellers, freelancers, and founders abroad. It is powered by TaxFlow Labs, whose team keeps the books and reviews every monthly close. When we reply to you, the message may come from a taxflowlabs.io address.
How we work
- A named accountant
- The same accountant stays with your books month after month, so you are not re-explaining your business to someone new.
- A real close, every month
- Every bank and card account is reconciled to its statement and the month is reviewed before it closes. Your P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow arrive by the 15th.
- Prices you can work out yourself
- Plans are priced by what the business spends in a typical month, not by the hour. Freelancers from $99/mo · businesses from $399/mo. No annual contract.
- Your books stay yours
- We work in QuickBooks Online or Xero. If you already use one, we work in your file; if not, we set one up and you own it. Read-only access to your accounts is all we need.
